The room was spotless and provided a great view. Private parking onsite was provided. the location is right by the smaller suburb of Haardt, the vineyards, and the garden.

Friendly good service, internet connection good, breakfast good, good balance price/product, friendly staff. Located in small village, on a personal note, I can imagine that serving evening meals is outside the present service scope bur considering the wineries and the outside area a simple glasss of wine in the evening on the terrace would be a nice cost efficient addition.

Had a nice stay back in September. the room was just what I needed - clean, decently spacious, and had a gorgeous view of vineyards 🍇. the staff here were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Quiet location made for a good night sleep. A locked garage was available for our bikes and the hotel was a good take-off point for riding the wine region. Breakfast was very nice and enhanced by the great patio overlooking the vinyards.

We came for one night after a long red-eye flight and were placed in a pretty noisy room facing the road. Were too tired to insist of another room but as we checked in early (14:00 hr) the reception could show more consideration without asking. Placed in a rural area and need a car to get to the center of Neustadt which is very pretty.
